Do I need a permit for a patio cover?

Most cities require one, especially for covers attached to the house. We tell you what yours needs and handle the permit and inspections.

Can you add lights or a ceiling fan?

Yes. We can run electrical for recessed lights, fans and outlets as part of the same project.

Can you pour the patio slab too?

Yes. We pour new slabs and extend existing ones, so the cover and patio are built together.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Unlimited Construction holds California contractor license #1040445 and is bonded and insured.
