It depends on size, layout changes and finishes. After a free visit we give you a written, itemized quote, so you see where every dollar goes before you decide.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull the city permits, schedule inspections and handle any corrections an inspector asks for.

Can I keep using my kitchen or bathroom during the work?

We plan the order of work with you so as much of your home as possible stays usable, and give you the schedule in writing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Unlimited Construction holds California contractor license #1040445 and is bonded and insured.
